Horror Carousel is just starting up under new management. I know this is going to be a Halloween blog. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. But costumes seem to be something that is growing as a year round thing. There are so many occasions now where people are dressing up in costumes and Halloween just happens to be the biggest costume event.
Keep updated here on what is popular in the costume industry and the big must have Halloween costumes.
